How to unlock the welcome spins
- Open an account. Betway asks for your names, SA ID or passport number, email, mobile number and where the money you’ll bet with comes from.
- Upload your FICA documents, which are your ID and a South African bank statement no older than three months. When our team registered on 29 October 2026, the account showed as verified as soon as we’d uploaded them.
- Deposit and wager R50 in qualifying bets. There’s no promo code.
- Open the pack from your home page within seven days of registering. Betway says the spins and flights can take about 10 minutes to arrive.
Slot bets count towards the R50 as they are. A sports bet counts only if it’s a combo of five or more games at total odds of 3.0 or higher, and all five have to win for it to pay. On Aviator and other crash games, a winning round counts only if you cash out at 1.5x or more, while losing rounds always count.
What the 10 spins are worth
Betway doesn’t publish the value of a spin, and its terms don’t say whether spin winnings have to be wagered. That makes the spins impossible to price before you claim them.
Unlocking them is cheap on slots. Slots keep about R4 of every R100 wagered on average, so R50 in qualifying bets would cost around R2 along the way. If spin winnings do end up in your bonus balance, Betway’s casino bonus rule asks for 30x wagering within 30 days, which is R3,000 in bets for every R100.
Saturday missions
Every Saturday from 3pm to 5pm, Betway runs 10 missions, and completing them earns up to 399 bonus spins.
Betway’s other casino offers run in the evenings.
