How Easybet’s R50 works
- Register at Easybet with your mobile number. The sign-up form has a promo code box on the second step, but you can leave it empty.
- The R50 lands in your bonus wallet within a few minutes, and the 25 free spins follow within two hours. Easybet sends an SMS when each arrives.
- To use the R50, open your profile and choose Bonus Offers, then tap Use My Bonus Money on your bet. It only works on sports and Lucky Numbers, and the button won’t work on bets at odds below 3.0.
- Bet the R50 three times, so R150 in total, at odds of 3.0 or higher within 10 days. After that, the money moves to your main balance.
- Before you can withdraw, deposit at least R99 of your own money and bet R99 at odds of 2.0 or higher. Your first withdrawal that includes these winnings has to go through Ozow.
Odds of 3.0 mean a bet pays R3 for every R1 you stake, and bookmakers price those as roughly one-in-three chances. So the R50 can easily be gone before you’ve finished the three rounds of betting. If it does survive, the most you can withdraw from it is R200.
That’s the catch with Easybet’s “no deposit” R50. You can claim it without paying anything, but you have to bet some of your own money before you can take any winnings out. It’s best treated as a free trial of the site.
Easybet’s 25 free spins
The spins are worth 20c each, which is R5 of play in total, and you can use them on Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Sugar Rush or Joker’s Jewels. They expire five days after they land. The most the spins can pay out is R200.
Easybet’s general bonus rules add one more condition. To withdraw R99 or more won with free spins, you need to have deposited and bet R99 of your own money in the previous seven days. For smaller wins, your deposit only has to match what you won.
How Supabets, Lucky Fish and Hollywoodbets compare
Supabets has the only R50 you can play on slots. You wager it 30 times on slots, which is R1,500 in bets and about R60 in average losses, or 5 times on a single sports bet at odds of 1.5 or more. The most it can pay out is R1,000, and you need to have deposited R50 before you withdraw. Its 100 spins sound generous but are fixed at 10c, so they’re R10 of play.
Lucky Fish has the easiest R50 to clear, because you only have to bet it once. The catch is time, since you have 24 hours from opening the account to use it. Its 25 spins are worth 30c each on three Habanero slots, with 10x wagering on the winnings and a R240 cap.
Hollywoodbets gives less cash, R25 that has to be bet in full at odds of 1.50 or higher within 24 hours. Its spins are worth the most of the three, though. Fifty spins at 60c are R30 of play, against R7.50 at Lucky Fish and R5 at Easybet, and spin winnings can pay out up to R600 after 10x wagering.
If you mostly play slots, Supabets is the only one whose R50 you can use on them, and Hollywoodbets’ spins are worth the most. If you bet on sport, Lucky Fish’s R50 is the easiest to turn into something you can keep, as long as you use it the same day. Easybet gives you the most time, but odds of 3.0 make its R50 the hardest to keep. Our free spins with no deposit page compares every sign-up spin offer we’ve checked, including WSB’s 100 spins.
What Easybet offers once you deposit
Easybet’s bigger welcome offers start with your first deposit. The 150% match, worth up to R5,000, asks you to bet your deposit 15 times on slots and then wager the bonus only once, and a deposit of R100 or more also brings a 20% casino bonus straight away. Our Easybet review works through what both cost to clear.
