Easybet Casino Review November 2026: Bonuses, Games, Payments and Safety

New casino players at Easybet can stack two bonuses on their first deposit. The 150% match is the big one, worth up to R5,000, and a separate casino welcome bonus adds 20% of the same deposit, up to R500, the moment the money lands. Neither needs a promo code, but both need a FICA-verified account.

There’s also R50 and 25 free spins just for registering, though it’s less useful than it sounds for a casino player. The R50 can only be used on sports and Lucky Numbers, and our R50 sign up bonus page explains how to clear it. The spins are worth 20c each, so R5 in total, and they expire five days after they arrive. We compare them with other casinos’ sign-up spins on our free spins with no deposit page.

What the deposit match asks of a slot player

The match works the other way round from most bonuses, because you earn it before you get it. First you bet 15 times your first deposit on slots with your own money, within 30 days of registering. Only then do you ask live chat or email for the bonus, and it has to be wagered just once within seven days.

Say you deposit R1,000. You’d place R15,000 in slot bets to unlock a R1,500 bonus, then another R1,500 to clear it. Assuming the slots keep an average of R4 for every R100 wagered, you’d expect to lose around R660 over the R16,500. That’s less than half of what the bonus is worth. No other casino we’ve reviewed comes close.

The 20% casino bonus on the same R1,000 adds R200, which has to be wagered 15 times within seven days. That’s R3,000 in bets and an average loss of about R120.

Average cost assumes every bet goes on slots that keep about R4 of every R100.

The promotions page still describes the match as a choice between 100 free spins and up to R5,000 in bonus bets. The offer’s own terms don’t mention any free spins and pay the casino version as bonus money, so we’ve gone by the terms.

Bonus rules to check before you deposit

• Only your first deposit counts. It has to be R50 or more for the match and R100 or more, within seven days of registering, for the 20% bonus.
• Only slot bets count towards the 15x. Crash games, live dealer and other casino games don’t.
• Choosing the casino match rules out the sports version, which pays a bonus bet instead.
• Once credited, the bonuses work on most casino games but not Live Roulette, Winner’s Wheel, Spin&Win or Rapid Spin&Win. The smaller bonus also excludes Booming Games and MP Gaming FC.
• Crash game bets only count towards wagering if you cash out at 1.50x or higher.
• You can withdraw at most R10,000 from the match and R1,000 from the smaller bonus.
• Making any withdrawal clears whatever is left in your bonus balance, so finish the wagering first.
• If you don’t want a bonus, tell support before your first bet.

What Easybet offers after the welcome bonus

Weekly cashback pays back part of your net casino losses every Monday at noon. Losing R100 to R999 in a week gets you 5%, R1,000 to R4,999 gets 10%, and R5,000 or more gets 15%, up to R5,000 a week. Slots, crash games and game shows count in full, while live dealer and table game losses count at 10%. The cashback lands as bonus money with 4x wagering, and it expires at the end of that Sunday.

Every FICA-verified player gets a R50 casino bonus on their birthday, with 5x wagering and up to R500 withdrawable. When we checked on 5 November, the promotions page also listed the R600,000 Sky Pilot leaderboard running until 30 November and daily Bonus Code Drops with free spins, flights and bets.

We counted 2,692 games in Easybet’s lobby on 5 November 2026, from 28 studios. Roughly 400 of them are live tables, which leaves around 2,200 slots plus a small group of crash and draw games.

Slots

Pragmatic Play supplies 647 games, nearly a quarter of the lobby, so its popular titles such as Gates of Olympus, Sugar Rush and Big Bass Bonanza come in several versions each. Red Tiger, Yggdrasil, EGT and Spinomenal follow, and Nolimit City adds about 100 games, including Fire in the Hole 2. We found 101 Megaways slots, plus an Easybet-branded game, Easybet Blaze.

Some big names are missing, though. There’s nothing from Habanero, so Hot Hot Fruit isn’t here, even though YesPlay and other South African casinos carry plenty of Habanero slots. Play’n GO (Book of Dead) and Hacksaw Gaming (Wanted Dead or a Wild) are absent too. You also can’t try anything for free, because tapping a game while logged out brings up a “Please login to play this game” message.

Table games and jackpots

Roulette, blackjack and baccarat are mainly found in the live lobby, with Spin & Win wheel games and virtual roulette alongside. We didn’t find Mega Moolah or another progressive jackpot network in the game list, so the biggest prizes come from studio promotions and tournaments such as Sky Pilot. Easybet’s payout limits cap a single slot win at R5 million.

Evolution supplies close to 390 of the live games in Easybet’s lobby, from roulette and blackjack to game shows and first-person tables. Ezugi adds 19 tables and Pragmatic Play a few more, including Mega Roulette.

Live roulette doesn’t count towards either welcome bonus, and live dealer losses only count at 10% towards weekly cashback. A single Evolution win can pay up to R5 million.

Most deposits start at R5, which makes it easy to test Easybet with a small amount first. Card, instant EFT and the 1Voucher, OTT and Blu vouchers all have that minimum, while a direct bank transfer needs R20 and can take two to three business days to reflect.

Voucher deposits come with two rules worth knowing. The full voucher amount has to be played through before you can withdraw any winnings, and if you deposit more than R15,000 by voucher in a calendar month, Easybet takes a 6% handling fee when you withdraw. On R15,000 that’s R900. The fee falls away once you’ve wagered the amount once on sports or three times on slots, live games or Aviator.

Easybet’s review team checks every withdrawal first, which it says can take up to 24 hours, and bank payouts then generally take one to two business days to reflect. Its terms allow up to 72 hours after the funds are confirmed, and large amounts may be split over several days. Until a withdrawal is marked as reviewed, you can cancel it under Transactions and have the money returned to your balance. Easybet doesn’t charge withdrawal fees, apart from the voucher fee above.

KYC verification

1. Register with your mobile number and your SA ID or passport number.
2. Open FICA My Account and upload your ID book, Smart ID card (front and back) or passport. A driver’s licence is only accepted if you can’t produce an ID.
3. Add a proof of address and a bank statement, both no older than three months. You can also email the documents to [email protected].
4. Wait for approval. You can’t withdraw, and neither deposit bonus is paid, until the account is fully verified.

Easybet can ask for certified copies or more documents at any time, including proof of where your money comes from. Changing the bank account you withdraw to takes a new bank statement, a photo of your ID and a selfie holding it, sent to [email protected].

Easybet’s contact page sends you to live chat first. It’s open 24/7 through the yellow widget in the bottom right corner, and Easybet calls it the fastest way to get help. You can also email [email protected], and account changes and FICA questions have their own addresses.

The phone line is a last resort. Easybet only asks you to call if your issue hasn’t been resolved after 24 hours, and the line is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays. HelloPeter reviewers complain about generic chat replies and escalations that go nowhere, although one reviewer in September thanked an agent by name for sorting out their problem.
